
You must have an administrative account of the system to complete this guide.
Enter your e-mail address and password that were used when you signed up.
Click on the Cyber backup
Click on the Get One Time Secure Login Link
If you do not get the Add device screen below, click Devices on the left hand menu and then add device at the top right of the page.
The Add devices tab will open, click windows.
The install package will download.
You can save this to a USB stick if this is needed for another windows system.
Click Save file
Run the downloaded file on the windows system you wish to backup.
The installation process for the backup agent will begin, click the install button.
The install takes a few minutes to complete.
The machine now needs to be registered with the Backoops protection portal to complete the install process.
Click on the Register the machine button.
The browser will then open and load the Backoops protection portal.
The registration code will be filled in for you, click Confirm registration to add the system to the Backoops protection portal.
The system has now been successfully added to the backoops protection portal, click OK
Click the username, a menu with the newly added windows system will then load.
Select the newly added windows system
Click protect
Click Office Workers (Acronis Antivirus) Apply button to apply the preset protection plan.
Once clicked the plan will be applied and the system backup scheduled.
Click the Backup tab
Click on the run now to start a backup. If you do not wish to run one straight away you can just wait for for the scheduled backup to start.
