
You must be the G Suite administrator for your domain or have access to their account to complete this guide.
Enter your e-mail address and password that were used when you signed up.
Click on the Cyber backup
Click on the Get One Time Secure Login Link
Once the link turns green click on it again
Click on the Cyber Protection Icon
Click Show all options
Scroll down to devices in the G Suite tab
Click the OPEN MARKETPLACE button (you must be the domain administrator or have access to their account)
Click the Install button
Login to the G Suite administrator account
Click the Domain Install button
Click the continue button for Domain wide install
Accept the terms of service by clicking the selection box and then click Accept
Now click on Done and find the apps icon at the top right of the browser and click on it.
The following menu should load
Scroll down to Backup service and click on it.
You will be directed back to the protection portal where the G Suite account will be registered, Click the X to close the activity tab
Refresh the browser window and click on the Devices menu and click on G Suite
Click on Shared drives and then click on the selection box to backup all shared drives.
Click the Backup icon
Toggle the Include shared files button to backup shared files
Click the Apply button to apply the protection policy to your G Suite shared drives
Close the All Shared Drives tab by clicking on the X
Now click on Users and then click the selection box to select all G Suite users
Then click the Backup icon
Toggle the Include shared calendars to include shared calendars in your backup
Click the Apply button to apply the protection policy to your G Suite Gmail users.
The Backup is now scheduled and your G Suite will be protected once ran
